Promotion using mail signature file

A signature file is the text you insert at the & of all your mails which identifies you, your company, and your products and services.

At a minimum, it should contain:

- website address
- company name
- marketing tag line
- contact details

Signature files should be a maximum 6 lines of information. Here's an example:
